Leena Pishe Thomas
Director
Leena has two decades of experience in the field of International Business, Technology and Project Management in the Climate Change Mitigation, Energy, Environment, Transport, Biotech and ICT sectors working with numerous leading US, European and Indian organizations. Leena established Global Business Inroads (GBI) in September 2009 to assist and serve Governments, NGOs, Financial Institutions, and Private Sector organizations with their technology, sustainable energy, environmental project development, market access and international business needs.
Shibu Thomas
Director
Shibu Thomas leads Business Strategy, Finance and Investments at GBI. Shibu also manages the company operations, business development and commercialization for tech in the commercial and industrial sectors. Has extensive experience in identifying business opportunities, developing the same and raising funding. He has played a key role at planning and scaling the operations, coordinating finance, legal and business aspects. Shibu Thomas is a BA graduate in Industrial Relations from St Joseph's college of Arts and Science. Apart from being with GBI for the past 5 years, Shibu has been in the F&B business for the last 27 years.
Harsha Lingam
Chief operating officer (COO)
Over 10 years of experience working with international technology companies across the entire gamut of technology management. International work experience with good techno-financial analytical skills Dual Master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, USA in Industrial Engineering followed by European Union Masters in Renewable Energy coordinated by the EUREC Agency- Brussels, Belgium. He has experience in liaising effectively with both the public and private sector in India to identify gaps and facilitated the scouting and identification of technology interventions.
Shradha Ganeriwala
Technology and Innovation Manager
Shradha has about 10 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Her core competencies lie in market research, secondary data collection and analysis, vulnerability analysis, and report writing. She has worked on consulting projects on climate change for clients including GIZ, UNDP, WWF, etc for various states of India. Now she works for International Embassies in India and International governments from Europe, the USA, etc to support their efforts and strengthen the cooperation between the technology and innovation ecosystems between the two regions.

Sr. Technology & Innovation Manager
Senthil Kumar is a business relationship builder expert. MBA and certified business analytics professional with over 25 years experience in Sales & Marketing, precisely 12 years in EU - India trade facilitation. He worked on European Commission projects, delegation visits, and industry market research. He developed several partnership ecosystems in G2G, B2G, and B2B sectors. His domain exposures include space technologies like GNSS, GIS, Earth Observation and IT & Engineer consulting services, and Logistics.

Kichu Mathew Jacob pursued Masters in Business Administration and B-tech in Civil Engineering. 3 years of experience in promoting exports of South Korean goods and services as well as helping Indian companies to import, collaborate and joint venture with South Korean companies. Also got some opportunities to work with Government institutions on behalf of Korean clients. Interested in connecting with new people and discussing new things in the world of business.
