GBI launches US Market Entry Services in collaboration with USMAC, Silicon Valley, USA
GBI has partnered with USMAC, a technology accelerator that works to successfully give emerging technology companies access to the US market. With USMAC, GBI can help entrepreneurs and businesses in India and other countries access the unrivalled tech ecosystem of Silicon Valley, USA. Working both at the university and business incubation level, the workshops, training and education offered helps entrepreneurs reach their international goals. USMAC has accelerated over 700 start-ups in Menlo Park and San Francisco, since January, 2011, and typically accelerates 50-60 start ups on any given period of time.
USMAC offers business development support, with 100+ mentors in ICT, Web, Mobile and CleanTech, and marketing, sales, legal, financial and accounting expertise. In addition, the relationships and contacts that USMAC has built up in Silicon Valley can help its clients connect to this ecosystem.
The programs currently being offered are the Go Global Silicon Valley (GGSV) program, Go Global BootCamp, TechMatch and the Market Validation program. These programs help to refine a company's business model, develop customers and build essential skills such as cross-cultural communication and pitch & angel investor training. The Market Validation program specifically has an emphasis on testing and developing the initial business model.
